COVID-19 Information & Advice

LAST UPDATED: 12:30pm 19/11/2021

Here at TacTree we are still open and despatching orders. Our number one priority remains the safety of our customers, workforce and the wider community and we are continually monitoring the advice given from both the Home Office and World Health Organisation (WHO) to ensure we are being proactive and taking the appropriate steps and precautions necessary.

The majority of our office staff continue to work remotely from home and our reduced warehouse workforce are maintaining rigorous cleaning regimes and social distancing protocols throughout.

Our website remains open and we are despatching parcels as normal however, the courier network in the UK is currently experiencing exceptional volumes and as a result some deliveries may be delayed once they leave our warehouse. We continue to work closely with our courier partners to ensure any delays are minimised where possible.

From everyone at TacTree, we would like to say a huge thank you to our NHS staff and all other key workers that are working tirelessly to overcome this virus.

Keep up to date with our latest COVID-19 information below.

Can I still order?

Yes. We are still open and continue to despatch orders as normal.

Can I still contact you for help?

Yes. Whilst the majority of our team continues to work from home we are available by phone, email or our contact form as normal. Our phone lines continue to be extremely busy, in the event of any delay in answering your call we ask for your understanding and we will endeavour to help you as soon as we can.

What precautions are you taking?

The safety of our customers, workforce and wider community is our number one priority. We have implemented rigorous hygience practices throughout our company as well as maintaining social distance protocols.

Delivery drivers will also no longer ask you to sign their handheld units and instead the drivers will sign it on your behalf. They will record the consignee's name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit. With this new process, you will still get your full tracking details, giving you complete visibility of your order from us. This will now form the proof of delivery process for all deliveries until further notice.

How long will delivery take?

We are currently despatching orders as normal with the vast majority of orders placed before 4pm despatched the same day. However, the courier network in the UK continues to experience exceptional volumes and unfortunately, there may be delays once your order has left our warehouse. Please refer to your tracking details before calling or emailing to find out where your order is. In the event of any delays, please allow up to 5 additional working days for your order to be delivered. We continue to work closely with our courier partners to ensure any delays are kept to a minimum.

Our cut off times for despatch have been reduced to 4pm.

Are you changing your returns policy/process?

Due to a reduced workforce, there may be a slight delay in your returns being process, please bear with us during this time.

Please note: We are not currently accepting returns on any PPE. This includes; Face Masks, Face Visors, Hand Gels, Disinfectant Wipes, Disposable Gloves, Coveralls, Overalls & Aprons.
