The 5.11 RUSH 100 backpack is the first full-framed backpack that 5.11 has ever produced. In line with the RUSH series, it comes with all of those familiar RUSH features that you know and love plus much more.
Keeping it in line with the RUSH series the new full framed backpack is the largest in the series coming in at 61 litres. The bag has been designed to hold all of your luggage needed for a 100-hour excursion. It features lots of different components including two side pouches that are detachable allowing for a smaller and streamlined silhouette making this bag adjust from a 60 litre to a 50 litre.
The back panel allows the back to vertically adjust and features two sets of load lifters at the top for different sized individuals, and with the adjustable waist belt, the bag can truly fit everyone. The waist belt is also removable and features MOLLE all around the outside of the belt which allows you to build out the belt creating a scout waist pack for the day.
There is a top pocket which offers quick access to the admin storage and the three magazine pockets. The primary compartment has a 270-degree zip and the traditional MOLLE on the front to expand the bag further. Within the main compartment, there is admin storage, zippered mesh closure pockets and a laptop-compatible pouch at the back. The bag also features an aluminium frame and backboard which are both removable so you can adjust the flexibility of the bag as you wish.
To keep the bag stable the bag features the new shoulder strap system that has breathable padding and an adjustable late on the top of the bag down to the bottom so you can configure the bag exactly to how you want to wear it and set it where you like.
At the bottom of the bag, there is a compression panel which is designed to be used for any soft goods such as a sleeping bag, pillow pad or insulated jacket. This pocket is also dual-purpose and flexible if you remove the divider you can fill out bag to its full capacity. There are also straps underneath to be able to hold your sleeping pad.
