EARN POINTS, TIER UP

As you earn points, you'll work your way through tiers. Each tier entitles you to escalating rewards. Achieving bronze tier is as simple as signing up to our rewards programme. From there, the more you earn, the better the rewards.

You'll unlock the one time rewards as you enter a new tier. Once you're in that tier, perks are your benefits you can enjoy for a full year.

Progression through tiers is determined by points earned over a 12-month period.

How do I access TacTree Rewards?

Signing up to our rewards programme is free and easy. Simply sign up or alternatively, click our "Rewards" floating button at the bottom left of the website.

How do I keep track of my points?

You can keep track of your points at any time by either logging into your account and clicking on the floating "Rewards" button at the bottom left corner of our website.

We will also send you reminders of expiring points and offers in case you may have forgotten.

How do I redeem my points and offers?

Simply log in to your account and click the floating "Rewards" button at the bottom left corner of our website. In here you will see options and instructions on how to redeem your points (£1 per 100 points earnt) or any other perks and one-time rewards you have available.

How are tiers calculated?

Tiers are calculated based on the number of points reached within a calendar year.

Upon joining, points will accumulate for the rest of that remaining year as well as the following full calendar year. After this, points and corresponding tiers will be calculated from 1st Jan > 31st December.

You will enjoy the benefits of each tier you unlock as soon as you reach each threshold and these benefits and tier status will continue into the following full calendar year.

Then, during the following full calendar year, you will have to earn enough points to re-qualify. If you do not, tiers will be recalculated based on the points that you did earn in that following calendar year.

Will my points expire?

Points are valid for 12 months from point of order to redeem as amounts off future orders.

We will send you a reminder before any points are due to expire.

Tier calculations are based on points reached within a full calendar year. Please read "How are tiers calculated?" above.

Terms & Conditions

TacTree Rewards is operated by BTME Group Ltd T/A TacTree. TacTree can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any individual TacTree loyalty account.

Points will expire 6 months from the date of purchase. After this date, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 6 months (180 days) or more.

One-Time Perk Rewards are single use upon entry to a tier or on your Birthday (if provided). Discounts cannot be used against items already on offer or in conjunction with any other offers.

Free next day delivery is available on in stock items only. If unfortunately the items are not available for immediate despatch, free standard delivery will apply instead.

Free engraving is available against items where engraving is a specified option on our website only.

Free ID tags are available against items where ID tags are a specified option on our website only.

TacTree will take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a TacTree loyalty account and points accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme.
