Rather than a scaled-down men's trouser, the women's version is shaped through the waist, hip and thigh for a secure, comfortable fit under a belt or over a base layer, and is offered in UK sizes 4 to 20 with regular and long leg options.

The FlexLite ripstop body and stretch panels allow free movement during patient handling, kneeling and vehicle work, and a comfort waistband with gusseted construction keeps the trousers comfortable through a twelve-hour shift. Knees are reinforced with 500D Cordura and hold internal knee pads, adjustable with hook-and-loop tabs. Cargo pockets accept a JRCALC pocket book, a D-ring on the belt loop takes keys or ID, and double belt loops support a loaded belt. A durable water repellent finish helps the EMS Green fabric resist fluids and stains.
