Purpose-built for UK Paramedics and EMS teams, 5.11’s Duty Softshell – EMS (EMS Green) works cleanly with service uniform while delivering dependable weather protection and professional identification. A hard-wearing, three-layer polyester shell with a C0 DWR finish resists wind and showers, while breathable stretch side panels keep heat build-up in check during active response. Operational details are dialled for frontline work: epaulette holders on both shoulders for service epaulettes (sold separately) and loop patches on the arms for hook-backed ID badges. A full-length centre zip, zipped hand pockets, a left-chest zipped pocket, stretch cuffs and a shock-corded drop-tail hem complete a low-profile, grab-and-go outer layer built for the job.
