How to Measure
Use your chest, neck, and arm length to find the right size for tops and outerwear. Use your waist measurement — where you actually wear your trousers — for bottoms and belts.

Neck
Measure around the base of your neck, where a collar would sit.

Chest
Measure under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Arm Length
Slightly bend your elbow. Measure from the center back of your neck, over the top of your shoulder, and down to your wrist.

Pant Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — where your trousers actually sit, not necessarily your narrowest point.

Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Inseam
Measure from the crotch straight down the inside of the leg to your ankle, or to your preferred trouser length.
