Developed with UK ambulance and pre-hospital care in mind, the 5.11 Quantum TEMS Trousers take the proven Quantum TDU platform and adapt it for medical duty. A FlexLite ripstop body is combined with four-way stretch panels so the trousers move with the wearer during patient lifts, kneeling and vehicle work, while a comfort waistband and gusseted construction reduce restriction over a long shift.

The knee area is reinforced with hard-wearing 500D Cordura and accepts internal knee pads, with hook-and-loop tabs to cinch the pad into position for a secure fit. Cargo pockets are shaped to carry a JRCALC pocket book, a D-ring on the belt loop secures keys or an ID fob, and double belt loops support a loaded duty belt. A durable water repellent finish helps the EMS Green fabric resist fluids and staining between washes.
