The 5.11 UCR Slingpack is an ambidextrous bag designed for the aware and prepared to carry a sizeable payload of haemorrhage control. Built from 1050D nylon, featuring a drop-front opening with side retention lashes, haul handles, interior pockets with bungee retention. With its customisable pull-out ID panel and a large front web patch panel, the UCR Slingpack keeps your gear organised and at hand.

What is Urban Casualty Response?

5.11 Tactical's new UCR System (Urban Casualty Response) was created to provide first responders and professionals within the public safety market with a solution for reacting to Active Shooter or Mass Casualty Incidents (AS/MCI). Specifically, 5.11’s UCR System supports the Hartford Consensus’s second and third actions within the T.H.R.E.A.T Protocol.
