If you are not happy with your purchase or if it is not suitable, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 30 days from the date of shipping and we will happily refund or exchange the item(s) for you. All you have to do is complete our online returns form below and once you have received your returns authorisation number (RAN) from our customer services team simply return your item(s) to the address below stating clearly your order number, contact details and returns authorisation number (RAN):

Once received by our returns department, your refund (either by Card or PayPal™ depending on your original payment method) or your exchange will be processed.
Before completing a return, please note:
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for returned goods which are not in their original condition*
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, offers a fully trackable service and that you retain your proof of postage
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility
Once received by our returns department, refunds/exchanges can take up to 5 working days to be processed
The issue of a returns authorisation number (RAN) does not constitute acceptance by the seller that a refund or exchange will be made
Returns will not be accepted without a valid returns authorisation number (RAN) and will be automatically returned to sender
Returns authorisation numbers (RAN) are valid for 30 days only from point of issue and goods must be returned within this period
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level
Gifts cannot be returned/exchanged for cash unless returned by the original paying customer. In the event an alternative cannot be chosen a gift voucher to the value of the gift(s) will be given. Gift vouchers will be valid for 12 months from point of issue
Custom or personalised items including laser engraving or embroidered clothing are not eligible for return unless faulty under warranty.
*Goods must be returned in their original and resaleable condition. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. When trying on footwear, please ensure that you try them on a carpeted surface where no marks can be made to the sole. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation and any original tags attached.
