The 5.11 Duty Rain Trousers are purpose-built for wet days on duty. A 2.5-layer polyester hardshell rated 10K waterproof and 10K breathable is fully seam sealed to keep water out while letting sweat escape, and the fabric is blood-borne pathogen resistant. Designed to be worn over uniform trousers, pass-through zips give quick access to the pockets underneath.

Large-volume cargo pockets carry everyday essentials and a back body zip pocket keeps valuables dry. Articulated knees, zipped side-seam openings, tab adjustments at the leg openings and a reinforced panel at the rear hems make the trousers quick to pull on over boots and durable in use. Hook-and-loop belt loops and extra support in the back waistband work with a duty belt.

Sizing Instructions

How to Measure
Use your chest, neck, and arm length to find the right size for tops and outerwear. Use your waist measurement — where you actually wear your trousers — for bottoms and belts.

Neck
Measure around the base of your neck, where a collar would sit.

Chest
Measure under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Arm Length
Slightly bend your elbow. Measure from the center back of your neck, over the top of your shoulder, and down to your wrist.

Pant Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — where your trousers actually sit, not necessarily your narrowest point.

Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Inseam
Measure from the crotch straight down the inside of the leg to your ankle, or to your preferred trouser length.
